Help us convert Smithfield wasteland into fertile wildflower meadows, nurturing new foraging material for our valuable Northwest Inner City pollinators.
This event is part of Lifeline Project Bí, an urban bee project, the first stage of the Lifeline, a 10 year process that will bring Dublin’s northwest inner city into partnership with nature. This year we are exploring how bees can lead us toward the collective development of health in the urban environment.
Hi, How can I make one of the beehives from old election posters? I seen it in the Journal website and would love to have one in my garden.
We are working on a little demonstration video today which will go up on http://www.desireland.ie and our social media along with other information during the week. We will also be holding several workshops showing people how we do it over the next couple of weeks, starting with on in Smithfield Dublin 7 at 2pm on June 1st.
