SPUDS Interview with Kaethe Burt O’Dea

Kaethe Burt-O’Dea was recently interviewed at Garden Organics Potato Day on growing the naturally bred Sarpo blight resistant potato varieties as a response to the Irish government’s decision to trail GM potatoes in The Republic of Ireland.
